| On Monday, May 6th, 2013 the Westwood Fire Company was dispatched at at 1337 for the Rescue and Ambulance to assist the City of Coatesville Fire Department at a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of North First Avenue and Lumber Street.
The Assistant and Battalion Chiefs both responded at 1340 and arrived on the scene at 1343, with Rescue 44 and Ambulance 44-1 arriving at 1348.
Coatesville units arrived and reported three vehicles blocking Route 82 at Lumber Street. Rescue 44 took a defensive parking position at North First Avenue and Chestnut Street to reduce traffic to one lane around the incident scene while Ambulance 44-1 assisted with patient care.
There were no additional services required by Westwood units. All units cleared the scene at 1356. |
