On Thursday evening the Company along with mutual aid was dispatched to the 100 block of Oak Lane in West Caln Township for the reported House Fire. The caller was reporting a Chimney Fire possibly extending into the walls.

Honey Brook Assistant Chief Messner arrived first reporting nothing showing investigating, Engine 33-5 arrived first with Ladder 41, Engine 35 and Engine 76 arriving next. Crews found a blocked chimney with an active fire in the pipe. Crews set up and laddered the building along with operating inside the house quickly handled the incident.

Additional units arriving were held in staging and were released once the incident was under control. Companies cleared at a little after 1930 with the residence turned back over to the owner.
