Auto Accident Reported Serious on Buck Run Road

On March 5th 2017 the Westwood Fire Company was dispatched to Buck Run Road and Springdell Road in East Fallowfield Township for an auto accident. Call to 911 indicated a vehicle had left the roadway streaking a utility pole.

Upon arrival of Deputy Chief Scott, he found a one vehicle accident with one person to be checked for injuries. Ambulance 44 rendered care upon their arrival, while Rescue 44 assisted with hazard control and blocking the roadway from oncoming traffic. Additional personnel assisted EMS with patient care.

East Fallowfield Township Police Department was on scene investigating the accident. The company was in service for just over a half an hour. Photographs courtesy of IrishEyez Photography.
