Ambulance 144 Responds to Auto Accident in Lancaster County

On Friday, September 12th, 2014, Ambulance 144 was dispatched at 1848 to assist the White Horse Fire Company for an automobile accident at the intersection of Route 340 and Cains Road in Salisbury Township, Lancaster County.

With reports of up to 4 injured patients, Ambulances from the Gordonville Fire Company and Keystone Valley Fire Department also were summoned to the scene.

Ambulance 144 responded and was the first arriving EMS unit at 1856. Crews began care of all the patients involved in the accident. Keystone Ambulance 08 and Gordonville Ambulance 43-1 arrived to assist Westwood personnel with patient care.

Several patients declined medical treatment and our crews obtained refusal documents.

Ambulance 144 cleared the scene at 1912.
