On Wednesday, October 8th, 2014 Ambulance 44-2 was invited to participate in the Glen Moore Fire Company's annual open house.

The EMS crew displayed our Ambulance and educated the public on what do due in case of a medical emergency.

The Glen More Fire Company also had their QRS unit on display. This Quick Response Unit responds to medical calls and helps to start patient care before the ambulance arrives.

Kids were also able to ride in a fire truck, color pictures, and enjoy music by a DJ.

The night ended with a car fire demonstration put on by Glen Moore firefighters.

Westwood EMS provides primary coverage to portions of Wallace Township through our Wagontown Division and responds to approximately 100 calls per year in the Glen Moore service area.

We would like to thank our colleagues at Glen Moore Station 48 for including us in this important public education event and congratulate you on a successful night.
