Dual Ambulance Response On South Bonsall Accident With Entrapment

On Tuesday January 19th, 2016 at 1124 Westwood EMS was dispatched to assist the Wagontown Fire Company on an auto accident with entrapment on South Bonsall Road South of West Kings Highway in West Caln Township.

Wagontown Chief Ziegler arrived on location at 1131 to confirm entrapment in two different vehicles with a total of three patients. A second Westwood Ambulance was summoned to the scene as well as an Ambulance from Honey Brook and additional Medic units from 93.

Westwood EMS triaged all of the patients and worked closely with firefighters to extricate all of the patients in a quickly and efficient manner. Extrication of all of the patients was complete at 1154 hours. Both of Westwood Ambulances transported patients with Medic 93 to local trauma centers for further evaluation.
