On Saturday, August 13th, 2016 the Valley Township Parks and Recreation Committee held the 12th annual "Valley Day" in the field across the street from the Highlands Corporate Center.

There were many vendors and other various activities including a rock wall and moon bounces.

Multiple Westwood vehicles were on display for the public to view.

In addition to all of our apparatus on display, the Sadsburyville Fire Company was also in attendance for all of the residents to view and for the kids to climb around the apparatus on and look at all of the equipment on display. Fire prevention material, coloring books, and fire helmets were handed out thanks to the Sadsburyville Fire Company.

The Westwood Fire Company would like to thank the Valley Township Parks and Recreation Committee for the invitation to Valley Day and thank you to our dedicated volunteers who came to help out at Valley Day. We are looking forward to Valley Day 2017!

Ambulance 144 also participated in the Fiddler's Picnic at Hibernia Park. Hundreds of musicians and music lovers gathered for music and memories on stage and in the woodlands of Fiddlers' Field. The day included kids activities, Mansion tours, food and craft vendors.
