On August 14th, 2016 at 1442 hours the Honey Brook Fire Company and EMS were dispatched to Route 10 South of Route 322 in Honey Brook Borough for an auto accident with entrapment. Calls to 911 indicated a two vehicle accident blocking with multiple patients involved.

Ambulance 189-1 arrived and reported several subjects injured and confirmed entrapment. Ambulance 189-1 also requested the dispatch of a "medical box" which would bring several more EMS units from Chester and Lancaster Counties to the scene.

This summoned Westwood EMS to respond from the Wagontown Location.

At completion of the incident, a total of 8 persons were transported to two local trauma centers and the left over EMS units were released so that the area was covered in case of any other emergencies.
