This past Friday night and tonight, EMS personnel gathered at headquarters for mandatory skills review. The skills stations included different topics for our EMTs, AEMTs and Paramedics. Between both nights, nearly 55 employees completed the different trainings.

Several stations were universal for all levels including single person ventilations, two person ventilations and pit crew CPR. Other stations included check and inject epinephrine, sapphiere pump utilization, IO and I-Gel insertion and intubation techniques.

We appreciate all personnel particpating in these training nights. Training as a team is vital for the successful execution of emergency medicine and a positive patient outcome.
