Company Finalizes Command Vehicle with 911 Rapid Response

June 3, 2026

Westwood Fire Company officers spent the day at 911 Rapid Response in Annville, Pennsylvania to finalize specifications for a new 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe SSV that will serve as a command vehicle for our fire officer team.

The Tahoe is being outfitted with Whelen LED emergency lighting, custom cabinetry designed and built by 911 Rapid Response, and Havis console equipment to support incident command operations. President Sly and Assistant Chief Grossman completed a full review of flash patterns, equipment layout, and vehicle functionality before officially signing off on the build.

Our team had an excellent experience working with 911 Rapid Response. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality made the process smooth from start to finish. We would confidently recommend them to other agencies seeking emergency vehicle upfitting or custom builds.
