| On Friday, October 14th, 2011 ATV44 attended the Radnor Fire Company's annual open house and fire prevention show. The event began at 1800 and started with the public touring their station and looking over various apparatus from around the area.
ATV44 was placed in front of the station on display for attendees.
Throughout the night, there was many demonstrations to keep everyone entertained. Some of them included a mock vehicle accident extrication, car fires, and the mock house fire.
ATV44 was cleared at 2100 and returned back to Westwood.
This was the third fire prevention event the Westwood Fire Company participated in today. While ATV44 was attending this event, crews with Rescue 44 attended the Goshen Fire Company's annual fire prevention show.
We would like to thank the Radnor Fire Company and Goshen Fire Company for their invitations to these events. |
