On Monday April 5th, 2021 around 1600 hours the Westwood Fire Company was dispatched to the 3000 block of Compass Road in West Caln Township for a brush fire. This call was for the Tac and ATV and was assisting the Wagontown Fire Company.

Additional mutual aid from Honey Brook, Sadsburyville, Unionville and Modena were also called into the scene. Firefighters were in service for about 2.5 hours bringing the fire under control and mopping the area for hot spots. Westwood EMS MICU 144 was also on scene doing a fire scene stand by.
