This week our reminder letter for our ambulance subscription letter will go into the mail for delivery to the residents of our ambulance transport coverage areas. These areas include Valley, East Fallowfield, West Caln, West Brandywine, and Wallace (portions of Wallace) Townships where we provide ALS (advanced life support) and transport services. The letter does not go to areas outside of those areas where we solely provide ALS service.
Our ambulance subscription is a benefit to you in the event of an emergency and this information can be found on the letter and at our website www.westwoodfire.com. Regardless, if you are a member of not, we will respond to all emergencies, and you are always to call 911 in the event of an emergency.
Some residents that paid online may receive a reminder letter in the mail. This is due to when you paid, unfortunately you did not enter your mailing address in the online form or there was an issue in data processing. It is best to always retain your online square confirmation number for your records.
Some residents that paid by mail may also receive a reminder letter. This could be due to a number of factors including the slip you returned was not filled out correctly or human error in the recording response. We are all human and mistakes happen so please forgive us as we work through this process.
If you have any questions or would like additional information, please reach out to us westwood@westwoodfire.com.
Thank you for your continued support! |
