| On Wednesday, December 6th, 2006 the Westwood Fire Company and the City of Coatesville Fire Department were dispatched at 1415 as a simultaneous mutual aid response to the Northbound lanes of Route 82 just South of the Route 30 Bypass in Valley Township for a reported three vehicle accident.
Washies Ambulance 41-2 was on location reported a vehicle into the center barrier.
Coatesville Engine 41-2 arrived on location and assumed "Route 82 Command."
Washies Ambulance 41-2 transported 1 patient to Brandywine Hospital for evaluation. Ambulance 44 was not needed at the scene.
Coatesville and Westwood fire units were on standby at the scene until EMS loaded the patient, and Fire Police from Westwood controlled traffic for the units on scene.
All units cleared the scene at 1430.
