| On Wednesday, May 2nd, 2007 a few of our members took Rescue 44 out for weekly training to practice with the Compressed Air Foam System.
Recently, our members attended a Compressed Air Foam Training class in Manheim Lancaster County, and Captain Grossman brought back some knowledge gained at the training course to teach a few of our members some CAFS operations.
The pump operations were reviewed and a hoses were flowed to practice the feel of foam flowing through the hand lines for firefighters.
Additional training is scheduled in the future for all of our members once we get through the upcoming events of our 60th Anniversary Celebration. |
